Campaigns for Coaches, trainers & course businesses

Your webinar was packed. The checkout was not.

Registration is not enrollment. Attention is not commitment. We build campaigns that help the right person understand the program, believe the fit and take a meaningful next step.

Let's talk campaigns

Strategy, creative, setup and management. Scoped around your business.

Already advertising, starting fresh, or ready for the next stage? We start with the business problem. Having a disaster is not an entry requirement.

The situation behind the campaign

Sell the work. Not the motivational weather.

A buyer may want the change you describe and still have no idea what your program involves. What do they do? What support do they receive? What makes this different from another folder of videos they never finish?

We turn that gap into the campaign brief. We identify the audience, make the learning or coaching experience tangible and build a next step that fits the offer—from a purchase to an application or a real conversation.

01

The promise could sell any program.

Transformation, confidence, growth. Those words need a concrete context, a credible mechanism and clear limits.

02

The free event is the whole strategy.

A registration can express curiosity, not buying readiness. The experience after signup needs to move the decision forward.

03

Every lead gets the same pitch.

A corporate training buyer, an individual student and an executive coaching prospect have different questions and buying processes.

Say this was your business.

Same business.
A reason to pay attention.

The interchangeable version
“Become the leader you were born to be. Unlock your limitless potential with our transformational program.”

Polished enough to approve. Vague enough to forget.

CLEARROOM / MANAGER TRAINING

Promoted to manager. Apparently that included all the difficult conversations.

Practical training for new managers: feedback, delegation and the conversations you cannot keep postponing.

What changed?

The message identifies a specific person and a real responsibility. The destination should explain the curriculum, support, time commitment and suitability—not inflate the promise.

How we would approach the campaign

From a business problem
to a working plan.

The platform is part of the execution. The thinking starts before the targeting menu.

01

Define the offer honestly

Set out the program, audience, price context, delivery and realistic scope of outcomes.

02

Build the reason to care

Use a recognizable situation and approved evidence. Avoid fantasy income or transformation claims.

03

Match the enrollment route

Choose an appropriate direct purchase, event, application or consultation path rather than copying another funnel.

04

Measure beyond registration

Connect attendance, qualified applications, enrollment and relevant post-purchase signals where available.

What deserves a place in the report

Measure the point.
Not just the activity.

Meaningful participation

Attendance and relevant engagement, not registrations treated as revenue.

Offer fit

Applications or conversations from people who understand what they are buying.

Enrollment economics

Acquisition cost, cancellations and refunds alongside paid enrollment.

Measures are agreed around your objective and available data. Attribution has limits. No sales, appointment, return or other commercial outcome is guaranteed.

The actual engagement

The thinking.
Then the work.

We develop the campaign strategy, message and creative, set up the agreed campaign and measurement, then manage and iterate against the objectives. AI helps with production. Humans own the decisions and check the claims.

You do not buy a mystery bundle. We discuss the business, confirm fit and give you a scoped proposal before work begins.

Separate fees. Clear responsibilities.

Setup and ongoing management are distinct. Platforms, creative volume, reporting, responsibilities and approval points are agreed in the proposal.

Ad spend is separate from our fee. You approve the media budget. Extra production, tools and other third-party costs require agreement; spending authority is not implied by an inquiry.

Your accounts stay under your control. Access and asset handoff are defined. We do not need ownership of your business to help market it.

Course production, coaching delivery, webinar hosting and sales closing are separate responsibilities unless scoped. We do not use invented student results, earnings claims or testimonials.
Fair questions. Straight answers.

Before the
awkward email.

Do you only build webinar funnels?

No. A webinar is one possible route, not a mandatory ritual. We choose the journey around the offer, its complexity and how someone makes the decision.

Can we start without testimonials?

We can explain the actual program and demonstrate the teaching approach. We cannot replace missing evidence with fictional success stories.

What about corporate training?

The campaign needs to address the training decision-maker and the internal case for training. Individual enrollment and organizational purchasing should not be mashed into one message.

The useful next step

Less “unlock your potential.” More “I get what this is.”

Tell us what you sell and what you want to change. We’ll work out whether a conversation makes sense—and what we should look at together.

Campaign context: Coaches, trainers & course businessesWhat do you teach or coach, and how do people currently enroll?

No pitch-deck ambush. No need to diagnose your own marketing before we’ll speak to you.

Let's talk campaigns.

A short introduction. Not a marketing entrance exam.

Start with a conversation. No commitment, no marketing entrance exam.
