This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

WeRunAnyCampaign is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This policy covers website inquiries and related contact. It does not cover data processing for a client campaign, which is agreed separately with each client.

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, your business or website details, where you are starting from (on forms that ask), and any campaign context you choose to add.

If we follow up, we keep the correspondence along with internal notes, status updates and a history of how your inquiry was handled.

Please don't send passwords, payment card details, patient records or other sensitive personal information through our inquiry forms. The name, email and business details are required; without them the form cannot be submitted.

Information that accompanies a submission

With each inquiry we also record the page or sector it was sent from, the times the record was created and updated, and internal identifiers used to recognize the request and prevent duplicate submissions.

If you arrived through a link that carries source or campaign labels in the web address, those labels are saved with your inquiry. They tell us which campaign brought you to us. They are not a site-wide tracking pixel.

Our form code does not add your IP address, browser user agent or referring page to the inquiry record. To prevent abuse, when you submit an inquiry or book a call we briefly count requests per network connection and per email address. The address is converted into a scrambled code that cannot be read back, and each count is automatically deleted within two hours. The company that hosts this website necessarily receives connection and request data, such as your IP address and browser information, in order to serve the site, and may keep operational logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to you, understand your requirements, discuss proposals and follow up; to keep accurate records and prevent duplicate submissions; to operate and secure the website; and to handle privacy requests.

Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and supporting our business and website to respond to business inquiries, understand which campaign brought an inquiry and keep operational records. We balance those interests against your rights. Where you ask to enter into a contract with us, we process information to take steps at your request before that contract. Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information, we rely on that legal obligation.

Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing emails. This inquiry form does not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Where your inquiry goes

Your inquiry is received by ARCHON 8 LTD in its private inquiry system and used to respond to you and follow up. Access is limited to authorized people at ARCHON 8 LTD and the service providers listed below that help us run the website and handle correspondence. Inquiries are not published or listed anywhere public.

Service providers

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing, session replay or visitor analytics on this site. The public inquiry form does not set cookies or save information in your browser. The typefaces are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not contact a font provider. Staff sign-in uses browser storage to keep authorized staff signed in. Source and campaign labels are saved with a submitted form as described above.

International transfers

Although our inquiry database is located in Ireland, not every service processes information only there. Our providers may process technical data and correspondence in other countries, including the United States and countries in Europe. Their policies, linked above, describe how they do this.

How long we keep information

We keep an inquiry while we are responding to it, discussing possible work with you, or providing services under an engagement. After that, we keep it only as long as it is needed for a specific legal, accounting or dispute requirement.

When there is no continuing purpose, we delete or anonymize it. How long that takes depends on whether a discussion is still active, whether we have a working relationship with you, and whether a recordkeeping or legal-claim requirement applies.

You can ask us to review, correct or delete your information using the contact details below. If something must be kept to meet a legal obligation or deal with a legal claim, we will explain the restriction. Hosting logs, backups and copies of email are removed under our providers' own arrangements, which may take longer.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access and receive a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and, where applicable, receive it in a portable format.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
