These terms explain how campaign work with WeRunAnyCampaign is proposed, agreed and delivered.
Who we are and what we offer
WeRunAnyCampaign is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD. This website describes campaign planning, creative, setup and management. What we provide for a particular client is set out in the written proposal for that engagement; not every platform or service described here is included in every engagement.
Inquiries are not purchases
Sending an inquiry or asking for a call is not a purchase, does not create a confirmed engagement and does not authorize any advertising spend. We do not collect checkout or payment details on this website.
Work begins only after a scoped written proposal is accepted and any agreed invoice or deposit requirement is met.
Scope and price
The written agreement for each engagement sets out the deliverables, platforms, responsibilities, timing, fees, advertising budget and any third-party costs. Setup, ongoing management and advertising spend are distinct, and the agreement identifies which items are included.
Changes to scope or additional work, and any resulting change to fees or timing, need to be agreed before they take effect.
Payment, changes and cancellation
Payment dates, any advance payment, and arrangements for cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are agreed in writing before paid work begins.
If you need to change or cancel an engagement, contact us. The accepted proposal for your engagement governs its specific details, together with any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
What we need from you
Campaign work depends on accurate information, your right to use any materials you supply, timely approvals and any account access you choose to grant. Never send passwords or other credentials through the public inquiry form. Delays in these inputs, and decisions made by advertising platforms, can affect timelines.
Materials and ownership
Supplying materials or sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of anything. You keep the rights you hold in the materials you supply.
Ownership or licensing and handoff of commissioned creative, reusable materials and any third-party assets are specified in the written engagement before work begins. Third-party licenses continue to apply to third-party assets.
Our responsibilities and results
We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. Campaign results also depend on your offer, your market, your budget, platform decisions and how inquiries and sales are handled once they arrive. We do not guarantee lead volume, sales, return on ad spend, platform approval or any other fixed outcome.
Advertising platforms may have outages or change their policies, and those events are outside our control. This does not remove our responsibility for our own work, and nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
